ABSTRACT:
The present invention provides novel derivatives of leukotrienes A and C which are useful in inhibiting the smooth muscle contracting effects of SRS-A; inhibiting platelet aggregation; and inhibiting the biosynthesis of thromboxane A.sub.2.
