ABSTRACT:
Disclosed is a novel composition which is a non-pressure-sensitive adhesive at room temperature (20.degree. C.) and which contains a copolymer which has pendant polysiloxane grafts. Also disclosed are applications to the hair or body of an animal containing the novel composition.
