ABSTRACT:
Water soluble, substantially nontoxic salts of compounds of the formula: ##STR1## wherein n=1 to 5, are useful as fluorine magnetic resonance imaging agents for enhancing images of body organs and tissues. An illustrative salt of such compounds is sodium [2-(trifluoromethyl)benzamido]acetate.
