ABSTRACT:
A motor fuel composition which inhibits engine ORI and resists engine deposit formation comprises a mixture of hydrocarbons boiling in the range of 90.degree. F.-450.degree. F. and the reaction product of a dibasic acid anhydride, a polyoxyalkylene polyol, and a nitrogen-containing compound selected from the group consisting of: (i) a C.sub.2 -C.sub.8 polyalkylene polyamine, (ii) a polyoxyalkylene diamine, and (iii) a heterocyclic azole.
