ABSTRACT:
A multilayer molded article is produced using a composite skin layer made of a skin material and a foam sheet on a core layer of a thermoplastic resin in which a tensile modulus E of the skin material is not larger than 950 kg/cm.sup.2, and a tensile modulus E (kg/cm.sup.2), a heat shrinkage factor F (%) and a thickness t (cm) of the skin material satisfy the following relationship:
