ABSTRACT:
A process for the preparation of compounds represented by the formula ##SPC1##
Wherein Z is ##EQU1## WHEREIN R' and R' are hydrogen, alkyl or aryl and n is 0 or a positive integer, which compounds are particularly useful as chain extenders or in preparing isocyanates or polyols to be used in the production of polyurethane plastics.
