ABSTRACT:
The present invention is directed to a method of geophysical exploration more particularly, a novel method for locating hydrocarbon-containing formations in a well borehole is provided. The method of the present invention is particularly adapted to providing indicia of hydrocarbon-containing formations for evaluating formations surrounding a cased well borehole for overlooked hydrocarbon-containing formations.
