ABSTRACT:
An apparatus utilized in generating power for use comprising a base foundation, a generally cylindrical container with a vent opening, and a top and bottom having a facial plane that is angularly disposed with respect to a horizontal plane. A fluid is in the container, and a shaft in concentrically rotatably disposed in the cylindrical container and extends either through the top or through the bottom. A generally cylindrical turbine is rotatably bound to the shaft within the fluid. The turbine has a cap top and cap side that attaches to the turbine sleeve. Compressed gas is introduced at, to and/or through the container bottom in order for the turbine to rotate the shaft when compressed gas produces a buoyant force against the turbine. A method for revolving a plurality of vanes as a result of buoyancy force produced by compressed gas against the vanes of a turbine.
