ABSTRACT:
Disclosed is a photographic printing paper support having waterproof resin layers on both sides of a substrate, with the waterproof resin layer on the emulsion-coated side comprising at least an upper layer containing from 5 to 25% by weight of titanium oxide and from 0 to 0.56% by weight of a blueing agent and a lower layer containing substantially no titanium oxide but containing from 0.05 to 0.60% by weight of a blueing agent, and wherein the upper layer contains less blueing agent than the lower layer.
