ABSTRACT:
Substituted .alpha.-[2'-tricyclo[3.3.1.1.sup.3,7 ]decylidene]benzeneacetonitrile derivatives having antihypoxia and anti-inflammatory activities of the formula: ##STR1## where the R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 substituents are independently selected from hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, halogen and trifluoromethane, provided that at least one of such substituents is hydrogen.
