ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to electromechanical transducers of the half-wave type in which the active element is a foil of piezoelectric polymer surrounded by electrodes.
The invention provides a transducer in which the vibrating structure comprises, integral with the active piezoelectric polymer foil, at least one passive foil serving as a support for the electrodes.
