ABSTRACT:
The present invention provides a curable composition characterized in that the composition comprises a copolymer comprising as monomer components an oxirane-containing vinyl monomer and a specific alkoxysilane-containing vinyl monomer, and as a crosslinking curing agent at least one of an aluminum chelate compound and a zirconium chelate compound having neither of hydroxyl and alkoxyl directly combined with zirconium. The invention also provides a curing method characterized in that the composition is cured at a temperature of up to 100.degree. C. in the presence of water.
