ABSTRACT:
A composition is prepared which is useful in wire enamel, comprising (1) a water soluble polyester which is a condensation product of (a) a tribasic carboxylic acid, (b) an aliphatic or aromatic dicarboxylic acid and (c) a dihydric alcohol, (2) hydroxymethylated diacetone acrylamide as a crosslinking agent and a water soluble organic titanate.
