Aminoalkylthiopyranopyrroles and related compounds of the formula ##SPC1##
In which R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, X, m, n and p are as defined below, and their physiologically tolerable acid addition salts are disclosed to possess antiinflammatory and antiarrhythmic properties. A process for their preparation is also disclosed.
