The transmission unit includes a transmission box, an input shaft to receive wind generating power from the rotor unit and an output spindle for delivering output power for productive use. The stabilizer connects with the transmission unit at an opposite side to the rotor unit. The stabilizer has a tail fin for reducing the swaying of the windmill in the wind.
