ABSTRACT:
A copolycarbonate resin containing a structural unit derived from bisphenol A and a structural unit derived from or a composition comprising the copolycarbonate resin and an aromatic polycarbonate resin containing a structural unit derived from bisphenol A as a main structural unit is mixed with a release agent and/or an antioxidant as required and is injection-molded to obtain an optical molded article such as a plastic lens which is excellent in impact resistance and hue and well balanced between refractive index and dispersion.
