ABSTRACT:
An electrical conductor formed substantially of a titanium sub-oxide having a formula TiO.sub.x where x is less than two. The conductor may take the form of a resistance heater which is compatible with ceramic insulators, and is useful because of its ability to withstand corrosive media and its very low coefficient of thermal expansion.
