ABSTRACT:
Bis-1:2 chromium complex dyes consisting of 2-chromium atoms, 2 molecules of a metallizable azo or azomethine compound and a bisazomethine of the formula ##STR1## wherein X is a direct bond or a bridge member, R.sub.1 is hydrogen or a substituent, and A is a benzene or naphthalene radical or a substituted or unsubstituted aliphatic or cycloaliphatic radical.
