Wherein P is hydrogen, methyl or chloro; Q is hydrogen, methyl or fluoro; X is hydrogen or halogen; Y is hydrogen and Y' is hydroxyl or together Y and Y' can be =O; and R can be hydrogen, alkyl or aryl; have useful anti-inflammatory activity.
