The water is of a uniform depth over the full length of the pool such that a child may finger tip the bottom anywhere in the pool and is continuously heated, filtered and circulated. The bottom of the pool is marked with numbered training stations with a swimmer in a training station being addressed by the station number. Instructions may be given from within the pool or from a horizontal walkway extended outwardly from the upper edge of the pool.
