ABSTRACT:
A bulk mail card is separable into two portions along a perforation line. One of the portions is configured as an index card having necked apertures for storage in a rail type card file. The index card carries stored reference information relating to an advertiser. The remaining portion serves as a direct response medium such as a return mail card, discount coupon or redemption coupon.
