ABSTRACT:
The invention provides an intravenous line valving system. The invention includes a flexible tube mounted onto the interior surface of a drip chamber spike, the spike having an aperture through its exterior. A preferred embodiment of the invention includes squeezing means, removably attachable about the spike proximate to the aperture, for squeezing the flexible tube against the interior surface of the spike so as to regulate the flow of intravenous fluid.
