ABSTRACT:
Method for dyeing keratinous fibres, in particular human keratinous fibres, such as hair, characterized in that a composition (A) containing, in a medium appropriate for dyeing, at least one aminoindole corresponding to the formula: ##STR1## in which: R.sub.1 and R.sub.3, independently of one another, represent a hydrogen atom or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group;
