ABSTRACT:
Disclosed herein are novel compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein x and y are integers from 3 to 9, x and y together equal 12 and wherein M is a divalent metal cation from the group consisting of calcium, barium, zinc and cadmium. These organometallic compounds are effective stabilizers of vinyl halide polymers against the deteriorative effects of heat and light.
