ABSTRACT:
Compounds prepared by the addition of the mercaptan group of 3,5-dialkyl-4-aminobenzenethiol to activated ethylenic double bonds or the sulfenyl chloride of 3,5-dialkyl-4-aminobenzenethiol to trialkyl phosphites are effective stabilizers for organic materials subject to oxidative and/or thermal degradation.
