ABSTRACT:
Stabilized polymer compositions comprise a linear alternating polymer of carbon monoxide and at least one ethylenically unsaturated hydrocarbon incorporating a stabilizing quantity of a zinc aluminate and, optionally, an acidic polymer containing moieties of an .alpha.-olefin and an .alpha.,.beta.-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid. The compositions demonstrate improved melt stability.
