ABSTRACT:
A laser sighting unit is attached to a putter or a wedge. The laser sighting unit includes a clamp which attaches an adjustable bracket and a laser unit to the shaft of a golf club. The laser unit is activated by a switch that is removably attached to the handle of the golf club. The laser sighting unit is used to aid a golfer in obtaining proper alignment of the golf club before the golf ball is hit.
