ABSTRACT:
Signal lights secured to front and rear bicycle wheels are connected to the frame of the bicycle for one electrical conductor and to a conductive plate secured to a nonconductive disc which is in turn secured to a wheel. A brush makes electrical contact with the conductive plate, and a conductor extends from the brush to a source of electrical power.
