Polyphosphazene derivatives containing carbonyl groups and variously alkylated tertiary aminic groups, suited to undergo rapid and efficient photo-crosslinking processes and having general formula: ##STR1## wherein: X represents substituents linked to the polyphosphazene chain by means of hydroxylic or aminic functions and containing carbonyl groups;
