ABSTRACT:
Syngas is subjected to Fischer-Tropsch synthesis over a Co/Zr/SiO.sub.2 catalyst and the C.sub.20.sup.+ fraction of the synthesized product is converted into linear C.sub.10 -C.sub.20 olefins by mild thermal cracking.
