ABSTRACT:
A peptide ligand analogue of peptide ligands derived from thrombin-cleaved thrombin receptor site on platelets resists inactivation by aminopeptidase M by substituting the .beta.-amino acid isoserine for the N-terminal serine of the peptide ligand.
