ABSTRACT:
In an electronically controlled camera, if an operating status thereof has been kept unchanged for a predetermined period of time, the operating status is automatically stored and power supply to the camera is automatically prohibited. When power is resupplied to the camera within another predetermined period of time, the operating status of the camera is set to the status which was stored before the prohibition of power supply.
