ABSTRACT:
Solvent resistant polyimides are provided having improved T.sub.g by effecting reaction between aromatic bis(anhydride), such as aromatic bis(etheranhydride), and benzofuran amine such as 2-(4-aminophenyl)-5-benzofuranamine.
