Use is made of remaining stock neck ties to provide gorgeous and elegant decorative wear and also realize effective processing of remaining stock neck ties and resources saving.
The decorative wear according to the invention is formed by using decorative cloth which is prepared by sewing together a plurality of neck ties side by side.
