The doctor blade is carried in an arcuate holder and may be adjusted angularly relative to the anilox roll in the arcuate seat and the arcuate holder itself can be adjusted toward and away from the anilox roll to control the exact parallel positioning of the doctor blade's edge against the surface of the roll.
