ABSTRACT:
A cathodic electrocoating process using as the coating composition a polyhydroxyamine dispersant, a second polymer, and optionally a crosslinker polymer. The second polymer can be an epoxy reacted with an entity such as a fatty amine, or it can be acrylic or methacrylic polymers, butadiene, polyesters or alkyds.
