ABSTRACT:
Compounds of formula (II): ##STR1## wherein R.sup.3 is optionally protected hydroxy; one of R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 is optionally protected hydroxy; and the other of R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 is hydrogen, which are obtainable by the fermentation of a Streptomyces microorganism, have anthelmintic activity.
