Hi. STRICTLY PRIVATE AND CONFIENTIAL We have had the misfortune of investing a substantial sum of money to this man, re-a remote computer mouse for a laptop, in June 2012. My wife and I are [was-see below] 5% investors into a company that has been deregistered by ASIC. The company was called; Phantom Mouse Designs Pty Ltd. Mr Florenca failed to acknowledge ASIC's notifications from August 2014 to October 2014 to pay their annual fees. He never forewarned my wife and I, and we are now shareholders of a big fat 'Zilch'. He has refused our request from 2012 to reimburse our investment after we found out that there was a similar product already on the market. He has robustly denied us access to the company accounts, because of misappropriation of our funds into what we now believe is his perfume, "Bella Morte" [hence the need of his crucifix shaped bottle]. That was supposedly going to be re-launched in Summer 2013 in Paris, but I pre-warned an investor what he was like and the investor immediately pulled the pin on his $AUD350,000 involvement. In December 2014 we happened to meet with another investor, an elderly frail lady that invested a large sum in connection with a US filed patent, in 2004/2005. It was a ”3-D Graphical Display Generating System" - Patent 6392648. The patent has Isaias's name written all over it. God knows how. It was new software for a 3D CAD program. He told this lady that it was for 3D Televisions and it will be worth millions!!! Shortly after her investment, Perth Police Fraud Squad contacted her because they found that he had forged her signature appertaining to the US patent application. When she approached him about the matter, he threatened her if she reported the matter to the courts. Not a nice man!!!
