ABSTRACT:
A diaphragm10is fixed to a base plate102by a screw13. A lever20has a spring member23, a rotor-fixing member25, and an insertion hole22formed therein. By passing a shaft21through the insertion hole22, the lever20is turnably supported so as to turn about its own axis. In a state in which the spring member23abuts against an eccentric pressure-adjusting cam26, a pressing force for urging the diaphragm10via the rotor100is adjusted by turning the pressure-adjusting cam26so as to change an elastic force of the spring member23.
