ABSTRACT:
Disclosed is an infection preventive catheter kit for preventing the infection of the wound. A percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) catheter20is inserted into an infection preventive cover10, which is provided with a socket13at a distal end thereof. A head portion15aof a guide wire15which is inserted into the PEG catheter20through a top end thereof and an in-stomach remaining member23provided at a distal end of the PEG catheter20are engaged with (fixed to) the socket13of the infection preventive cover10by a pin14penetrating the socket13.
