ABSTRACT:
Adamantane spiro-pyrrolidine derivatives, more specifically, spiro[pyrrolidine-5,2'-tricyclo[3.3.1.1.sup.3,7 ]decane]derivatives of the structure ##STR1## where X is oxygen or two hydrogen radicals and R is hydrogen or ##STR2## where R.sup.1 is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.18 alkyl radical, phenyl or phenylcyclopropyl, are disclosed herein. Said derivatives have been found to have activity in laboratory animal models against carrageenan-induced edema.
